Rezeca Renewables has completed over 100 commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects since the company was established in 2009, with a C&I installed capacity exceeding 21 MWp — part of the company’s total portfolio of more than 1,500 projects and 45 MWp+ across all sectors. Rezeca has designed and delivered megawatt-scale commercial solar systems up to 2.84 MWp for a major retail and industrial facility in the east side of Singapore. Our largest completed installation — a 1.23 MWp rooftop solar PV system on a factory at Pandan Crescent — generates approximately 1.48 million kWh annually, equivalent to powering over 300 average Singapore households.

Commercial and industrial solar in Singapore is particularly well-suited to factories, warehouses, logistics facilities, schools, and large-footprint buildings where extensive flat rooftops enable high-capacity solar panel installations. Businesses benefit from direct self-consumption of solar electricity during peak daytime operating hours, substantially reducing grid electricity costs. Surplus energy is sold back to SP Group under the normal grid sell-back scheme. For businesses with high daytime electricity loads — such as manufacturing, cold storage, food processing, and retail — rooftop solar can offset 30–60% of annual electricity consumption, with typical payback periods of 3–7 years. All commercial systems carry a 12-year warranty.

All commercial and industrial solar installations by Rezeca are carried out by WSH-certified workers under the supervision of our engineers, with full regulatory compliance with SP Group requirements for grid-connected commercial solar PV systems. Rezeca is a BCA-registered contractor and BizSAFE STAR certified, and was recognised as a Company of Good by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) in 2025. Our team manages every aspect of the commercial solar project lifecycle: energy audit, bespoke system design, structural and roof assessment, regulatory approvals, professional installation, grid connection, and ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
