Since 2009, Rezeca Renewables has been Singapore's leading residential solar installer for landed properties. Our experienced solar engineers have designed and installed solar PV systems on every type of Singapore landed home — from compact terrace houses with 5 kWp systems to sprawling Good Class Bungalows with installations exceeding 89 kWp. Every project featured below was completed by our Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW), with full regulatory approvals managed through SP Group.

Each installation connects to Singapore's electrical grid, allowing homeowners to consume their own solar-generated electricity and sell surplus power back to SP Group. With Singapore's near-equatorial location delivering consistent solar irradiance year-round, these systems typically achieve payback within 3–6 years at 2026 electricity rates, and continue generating free electricity for the remaining 20+ years of their 30-year panel warranty.

Residential Solar Installation Summary — Singapore

Rezeca Renewables has completed over 1300 residential solar panel installations on Singapore landed properties since the company was established in 2009 — part of more than 1,500 total solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors with a combined installed capacity exceeding 45 MWp. The projects showcased on this page represent a cross-section of our residential portfolio — from a 3.36 kWp system at Malcolm Road to our largest residential solar installation of 109.46 kWp at Cable Road. Good Class Bungalow solar installations in Districts 10 and 11 feature prominently, with addresses including Leedon Park, Gallop Park, Gallop Road, Swettenham Road, Cluny Hill, Linden Drive, and Branksome Road.

System sizes for Singapore landed home solar installations typically range from 5–15 kWp for terrace houses, 12–30 kWp for semi-detached homes, 20–40 kWp for bungalows and detached properties, and 30–120 kWp for Good Class Bungalows. At 2026 Singapore electricity tariff rates, annual savings range from approximately S$2,000 for a small terrace system to over S$40,000 for large GCB installations. Homeowners can offset up to 100% of their electricity bills or earn surplus income by selling excess solar energy back to SP Group under the normal grid sell-back scheme. All residential systems for landed homes carry a 30-year panel warranty and are connected to Singapore’s electrical grid via a bi-directional smart meter.

Every Rezeca residential solar installation is carried out by WSH-certified workers, with full regulatory approvals from SP Group. Rezeca is a BCA-registered contractor, BizSAFE STAR certified, and was recognised as a Company of Good by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) in 2025. Our solar engineers design each rooftop solar PV system for maximum energy generation based on the property’s roof area, tilt angle, and shading profile — with tilt angle being a more significant factor than compass orientation in Singapore’s equatorial climate.
